Cottage cheese brulée with mustard popsicles?
This week’s exercise is a classic at A Hundred Monkeys. We love it so much, it’s part of our hiring process. Before any one joins the team here, we give them this short writing prompt:
Write a recipe for a food you can’t stand.
So, what’s it going to be? Something with olives, mushrooms, tomatoes? Something with a texture you loathe, like flan or tapioca? A strong flavor, like gorgonzola or gherkins?
We’re dying to know. What can’t you stomach, and how can you use that to tell an enticing story?
